William (Bill) Donadio – President & CEO
Bill is President and CEO of ProArgent. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of staff and support systems, which care for the major Fortune 500 customers. This includes responsibility for all supply chain management services, such as warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction metrics. Bill was the Regional Operations Manager for Initial Staffing Service/Hoffman LaRoche. In this capacity, he managed, maintained and renegotiated third party contracts, which increased business while maintaining integrity and quality provided to the client. In this role, he also established the Employee of the Month and Retention Bonus programs for Hoffman La Roche. At Conference Call Service, Bill was the Call Center Operations Manager who managed all aspects of the call center environment, which included the implementation of the ACD environment, training, customer service metrics, sales and the relocation of the office from one city to another. While at Satellite Paging, Bill was the Customer Service Manager who was responsible for staffing, training and managing, forecasting, pricing, policies and procedures for customer care representatives and outside direct sales executives. Bill attended Kean College.

Ramon (Ray) Moya – COO
Ray leads the team in creating futuristic wireless networks. “We push the envelope on creativity,” says Ray. He has over 25 years in the design and engineering of enterprise networks, as well as creating unique customer experience networks that converge voice, data, video and the things people didn’t think possible. He used the same creativity to create a business eco-system that integrates all processes and customers.Ray graduated from Aviation High School in New York City, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Baruch college and a Master’s of Science Degree fro PolytechnicUniversity.Ray is a 5th Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do and a Nidan form Seido Karate.

Jonathan leads the in-building wireless engineering, installation and optimization group. He has over 10 years experience in the design and installation of IP and Wireless Networks. His extensive knowledge of WiFi, DAS, and Small Cell technologies allows him to design and implement customize solutions.Jonathan graduated fro Rutgers University with a dual Bachelors in Physics and Biology. He is certified in Cisco, iBWave, JDSU, Actin, Xceed, Commscope, CSI and other technologies.Jonathan is a student of Kung Fu.

Nirali leads the ecosystems integration and programming team. She is responsible for all rose automation and the continuous addition of new capabilities to the eco system. Her extensive knowledge in Dot Net, SQL, Java, HTML, and more allows her to create unique customer experiences. Her successes include UGotQ, PAL, REC, Forecast Analytics, GPS Tracking, and Order Automation.Nirali has a Bachelor’s in Computer science from SVIT (India) and a Masters in Computer Science form NJIT.

His successes include supporting ALU/ Emerson product delivery Project Light Speed, Project Management for processes and delivery of EF&I products for ATT Project TERI Central Office deployments, and DAS/Small Cell Project Management, in collaboration with Alcatel-Lucent for deployment of DAS in Wire Scored certified buildings in NYC by Verizon. His varied experience allows him to deliver lifecycle solutions that met customer expectations and overall engagement objectives.
